What are your hours of operation?

We are open Monday – Saturday, from 8:00 AM until 5:00pm, and CLOSED on Sundays.

Do I need to book the very important canine (VIC) suites ahead of time?

Yes. Since there are limited spaces available for the V.I.C suites, they fill quickly and require extra booking time. Therefore, we require you reserve your spot at least three business days in advance of your desired date of stay.

Do you have a cancellation policy?

We realize sometimes plans change so as long as we receive at least 24 hours notice, there are no cancellation penalties.

One exception to this rule is during peak holiday times. During peak holiday times, there is a non-refundable, $55 charge at the time of booking. In addition to this, we require at least FIVE business days notice to avoid a cancellation fee (one-night room rate).

Do you have an on site vet?

No, at this time we do not have an on-site vet here at Poochies. However, we have a working relationship with an on-premises vet clinic, located only two doors down.

Are you cage free?

Yes, Poochies is a completely no cage facility.

What vaccinations do you need for VIC stays?

We require you submit records to show proof of immunization and distemper prior to booking our VIC Suites.
